iftop-dbg software package provides displays bandwidth usage information on an network interface (debug), you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install iftop-dbg
iftop-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the iftop-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep iftop-dbg *
You will get with iftop-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
